Cute little dress. Everyone is making these cute dresses out of the Big Shot Scallop Circle, well I don't have a big scallop circle yet I ordered it and should have it shortly. They are so cute. Since I didn't have the big scallop circle, I used my scallop circle punch. They are smaller but work out the same. Just a little smaller to work with. This one I used Stampin Up DS Paper, Happy Everything stamp set, rose grosgrain ribbon, rose color brad, white 1/8" satin ribbon for the straps, and I used gold metallic cording for the necklace, it's a little hard to see in the picture and the yellow background is some scrap background paper I had - don't know where it's from. It might be from Michaels.
Here are some links to the original scallop circle dress. Going Over The Edge, Stampin & Scrapping with Debbie, Stampin Sharon has the step by step, Udderly Awesome, Inspiration In Action, Patty's Stamping Spot. Enjoy
I was searching the web and found these cute Back Pack Bags. They are really cute. I haven't seen them before. I found them at Tracy's Corner of Creativity Stampin & Scrappin School. Check out her blog with a lot of cute tutorials. I will add this tutorial to my Tutorials & Videos Page. Take A-Long Tote from Papertrey Inc. How cut is this! My Timeless Templates created by Lauren Meader, check out her blog, she is so talented and lots of wonderful ideas. She has a tutorial on for this tote. This is a really cool desk calendar that Cambria Turnbow created. Check out her blog to see the whole calendar. It is very easy to make. You can get the tutorial here at Nancy Morgan's blog.
What a great holiday gift. I'm going to be making some to give for gifts. What's also nice, is that they are card size and you can fit them into an A2 (card size) envelope. Here's a few cards I worked on this past weekend.
Have a wonderful week. |
